Technical information about HEATSCOPE infrared heaters
On this page you will find background information for the most important technical features and specifications of HEATSCOPE Zero, HEATSCOPE Vision and HEATSCOPE Spot heaters.
It shows the heating coverage areas of the respective models, general information about the different types of infrared radiation and their effectiveness, as well as the technical data sheets for the individual models. It thus contains all the data you need to plan, install and operate each model.
If you need more information or have additional questions, email us with the contact form. We will also gladly email you the CE declaration for our heaters as well as all schematics and graphics shown on this website. Simply click Contact us and fill out the form.
Coverage areas of all HEATSCOPE infrared heater types
This graphic shows the heating performance of HEATSCOPE Spot heaters. Please note that the heat output always depends on a wide range of factors. They include: Installation height (1.8 to 3.0 metres), installation environment (indoors or outdoors, enclosed or open, wind-protected or windy), weather, radiation angle, voltage fluctuations, etc. Please consider all these factors in your planning.
This graphic shows the heating performance of HEATSCOPE Vision heaters. Please note that the heat output always depends on a wide range of factors. They include: Installation environment (indoors or outdoors, enclosed or open, wind-protected or wind-prone), installation height (1.8 to 2.5 metres), radiation angles, weather, voltage fluctuations, etc. Please consider all these factors in your planning.
The power levels of the HEATSCOPE Zero heaters have been summarized here. Please note that the heat output always depends on a wide range of factors. They include: Installation environment and height (2.1 to 2.3 metres), air flow and ambient temperatures, voltage fluctuations, radiation angle, etc. Please consider all these factors in your planning.

All minimum mounting distances for HEATSCOPE infrared radiant heaters
HEATSCOPE infrared heaters deliver a comfortable ambience, but they also develop very high temperatures. To keep them away from flammable objects or materials, certain minimum distances on all sides must be observed during installation.
Our graphics show how the minimum distances that must be observed above, on the sides and below our infrared heaters.
If you are unsure, please contact us about these minimum distances before you install your heater(s). We’ll gladly be of service.
Information about the effective and efficient use of infrared radiant heaters.
There are many rumours and “facts” about infrared radiation being spread through the Internet and other channels. Here we want to provide you with the most important things you need to know about infrared radiation and where it makes sense to use it:
- How does infrared radiation work?
- What types of infrared radiation are there?
- Why do red-light and infrared radiation have very little in common?
- What points must be observed when planning and installing an infrared heating system?
You can get answers to these and more questions with a few mouse clicks. They form the basis for all further considerations and planning activities when you consider a HEATSCOPE infrared heating system.
